Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dimensi-dimensi Socio-Cultural Enterprise Resilience (SCER) pada UMKM tradisional dan menganalisis manifestasinya dalam peningkatan daya saing bisnis, keberlanjutan budaya, dan ekspansi pasar. Pendekatan konvensional terhadap ketahanan usaha seringkali terfokus pada aspek finansial dan operasional, mengabaikan dimensi sosio-kultural yang justru menjadi kekuatan intrinsik UMKM tradisional. Penelitian ini menjawab kesenjangan tersebut dengan mengusulkan kerangka SCER yang terintegrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif eksploratif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi mendalam terhadap literatur ilmiah terbaru (5 tahun terakhir) dari database. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis konten melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa SCER merupakan kapasitas dinamis UMKM tradisional yang bersumber dari mobilisasi modal sosial, nilai kultural, kearifan lokal, dan jaringan komunitas. Ketahanan ini termanifestasi dalam tiga dimensi outcome yang saling terkait: (1) Business Competitiveness, dicapai melalui storytelling, keaslian, dan etika bisnis berbasis budaya yang menciptakan keunggulan bersaing unik; (2) Cultural Sustainability, yang memastikan adaptasi tidak mengorbankan nilai inti tradisi, justru memperkuatnya sebagai living archive; dan (3) Market Expansion, dimana ekspansi pasar dicapai dengan strategi glocalization yang mempertahankan autentisitas. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada kontribusinya yang praktis dan strategis; kerangka SCER tidak hanya memberikan pemahaman akademis yang mendalam tetapi juga menjadi dasar bagi perumusan kebijakan dan program pendampingan UMKM yang lebih kontekstual, yang dirancang untuk memperkuat akar kultural sebagai sumber ketahanan dan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan.
