Abstrak

The influence of leadership, work discipline, and organizational culture on personnel performance in the West Sulawesi Police Brimob Unit Battalion A Pioneer Company 4, Guided by Andi Syarifuddin as supervisor 1 and muh. Indra Fauzi Ilyas as a supervisor 2. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, and organizational culture on personnel performance in the West Sulawesi Police Brimob Unit Battalion A Pioneer Company 4, partially and simultaneously The type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the number of population to be used as a sample of 85 personnel, The sample used in this study is a sample due to population limitations, the entire population is used as a sample of 85 people. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using partial t-test, simultaneous F-test and determination test (R2). The results of the study showed that partially Leadership Had a Positive and Insignificant Effect on the Performance of Personnel Performance in the West Sulawesi Police Brimob Unit Battalion A Pioneer Company 4 with a significance value of 0.017 (>0.05) with a t-count of 2.433 (>1,989), work discipline had a positive and significant effect on personnel performance in the West Sulawesi Police Brimob Unit Battalion A Pioneer Company 4 with a significance value0.016 (<0.05) and t-count 2,452 (>1,989), organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on personnel performance in the West Sulawesi Police Brimob Unit Battalion A Pioneer Company 4, with a significance value of 0.007 (<0.05) and t-count 2,775 (>1,989). The results of the simultaneous research on leadership, work discipline and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance in the West Sulawesi Police Brimob Unit Battalion A Pioneer Company 4 with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and f-count 20.261 (> 2,715) f-table. The coefficient value of determination (R2) is 0.429 which identifies leadership, communication and workload can affect employee performance by 42.9%. While the remaining 57.1% were influenced by other variables. These results show the importance of leadership, work discipline and organizational culture in improving personnel performance.
