The Effect of Soft Skill, Competence and Work Discipline Training on Employee Performance in the Digital Era at the Ministry of Religion of Morotai Island Regency, Guided by Nurfaidah as supervisor 1 and Ikhsan Amar Jusman as supervisor 2. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Influence of Soft Skill, Competence and Work Discipline Training on Employee Performance in the Digital Era at the Ministry of Religion of Morotai Island Regency, both partially and simultaneously The type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the number of population to be used as a sample of 65 people. The sample used in the study used a saturated sample where the entire population was used as a sample of 65 people. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using partial t-test, simultaneous F-test and determination test (R2). The results of the research obtained are (1) Soft Skill Training has a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Performance in the Digital Era at the Ministry of Religion of Morotai Island Regency, (2) Competencies Have a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Performance in the Digital Era at the Ministry of Religion of Morotai Island Regency, (3) Work Discipline Has a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Performance in the Digital Era at the Ministry of Religion of Morotai Island Regency, (4). Soft Skills, Competencies and Work Discipline Training Simultaneously Have a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Performance in the Digital Era at the Ministry of Religion of Morotai Island Regency. SoftSkill Training has a Dominant Influence on Employee Performance in the Digital Era at the Ministry of Religion of Morotai Island Regency.
