The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Influence of Leadership, Communication and Workload on the Performance of Makassar District Employees in Makassar City partially and simultaneously The type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the number of population to be used as a sample of 87 employees, The sample used in this study is a sample due to population limitations, the entire population is used as a sample of 87 people. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using partial t-test, simultaneous F-test and determination test (R2). The results of the study showed that partially Leadership Had a Positive and Insignificant Effect on the Performance of Makassar District Employees in Makassar City with a significance value of 0.535 (>0.05) with a t-count of 0.623 (<1,989), Communication Had a Positive and Significant Effect on the Performance of Makassar District Employees in Makassar City with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and t-count of 4,821 (>1,989), Workload Has a Positive and Significant Effect on the Performance of Makassar District Employees in Makassar City, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and t-count of 4.628 (>1.989). The results of the simultaneous study Leadership, Communication and Workload Have a Positive and Significant Effect on the Performance of Makassar District Employees in Makassar City with a significance value of 0.000 (0.05) and f-count of 37.025 (>2.715). The determination coefficient value (R2) of 0.573 which identifies leadership, communication and workload is able to affect employee performance by 57.3%. While the remaining 42.7% was influenced by other variables. These results show the importance of leadership, communication and workload in improving the performance of Makassar sub-district employees in Makassar City.
