PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PONDOK PESANTREN DARUL AMAN GOMBARA MAKASSAR

Abstrak

Rahmat Nur Sabang 2025, The Influence of Teachers' Professional Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at the Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School Makassar, Guided by Nurdam Buraerah as supervisor 1 and Nurfaidah as supervisor 2.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of teachers' professional competence, motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at the Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School Makassar partially and simultaneously The type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the number of population to be used as a sample of 95 people, with a sample extraction technique with The Slovin formula is often used for taking the number of samples that must be representative in order for the results of the research. The sample obtained using the Slovin formula was 95 people. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using partial t-test, simultaneous F-test and determination test (R2). The results of the research obtained are (1) Teachers' Professional Competence has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School Makassar, (2) Motivation has a Positive and Significant Effect on Teacher Performance at Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School Makassar, (3) Work Discipline Has a Positive and Significant Effect on Teacher Performance at Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School Makassar,  (4). Teachers' professional competence, motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect teacher performance at Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School Makassar. Teacher Professional Competence has a Dominant Influence on Teacher Performance at the Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School Makassar.
