Abstrak

The research aims to find out the influence of human resources and training is the work of the work on the social ministry of Mamasa in the Mamasa.The method of research used by the researcher is with the kuantitative method.Schmiddata who di gunwill,observation, interviews,documentation,and questionnaers with using angket is a written question that i was given to the response and analytical analysis of multiple linear analysed. This research on the influence of human resources and training against the increased work on the office of the Mamasa office in Mamasa. and research results suggest that the relationship between human resources and the effects of the increase in the performance of peginitial work on the office of the social office of Mamasa of the Mamasa of 0,654%, a positive relationship with the dependent variable. And the influences are given by a variable of the replacement of denti to the dependent variable of dependent, 2%, the performance of the work of the work in the human resources and training, and the rest of 54,2% in the lead by another factor in the study in this researh.
